Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowships are administered by the Office of Undergraduate Research in the Undergraduate Division, College of Letters and Science, 301 Campbell Hall, 2922. These fellowships are available ONLY to regular Berkeley students in the College of Letters and Science who are enrolled during the academic year.

Individual advising: For advising please speak directly with Terry Strathman, 313 Campbell Hall, 642-3795. Appointments generally available Wednesdays (PM), Thursdays (PM) and Fridays (AM).

Important advising note: You are welcome to drop in and brainstorm your research ideas or discuss mentor possibilities, but if you would like specific feedback on your written proposal you will need to drop off paper copy (at my mailbox in 301 Campbell) or send me an electronic copy 24 hours in advance of your proposed meeting time. I will only have time to review one draft, so be sure that you have developed it to the point where feedback will be meaningful. -TS
