Single-cell RNA sequencing analysis for mutant mice models and investigation of pathogenesis

Cataracts affect millions of people worldwide.This project will mainly focus on RNA sequencing and differential expression analysis for comparing genetically mutated mice with wild-type mice. It aims to find target genes involved in cataract formation, retinal degeneration and lens growth.
